Jeffrey Dean Helton, 45 of Shelby Gap, Ky. passed away at his home on Saturday.  He is the son of Barbara Bentley Helton of Shelby Gap and the late Clarence Helton.  He was a member of the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church.  Survivors in addition to his mother are his wife; Terrie Joann Wank Helton, son; Dawson Keen of Elkhorn City, daughter; Amber Blackburn of Shelby Gap, step daughters; Jennifer Stewart and Shanda Lamartz both of Shelby gap, brothers; Benny Helton of Ashcamp, Homer Helton of Shelby Gap, sisters; Ruth Kilgore of Lick Creek and Julie Adkins of Shelby Gap, grandchildren; Candace Rowe, Kellie Rowe, Antwion Gwyn, Whitney Stacy, Khloe Milam, Isaiah Gwyn, Brendan Gwyn and Isabella Milam.  He was preceded in death by his father; Clarence Lundy Helton, step son Bronson Brown and a brother; Clarence, Jr.  Services will be held on Wednesday, 2:00 from the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church with Kevin Mullins, Edgar Sanders and William Adkins officiating.  Visitation will begin at 6:00, Monday from the church.  Burial will follow in the in the A. W. Childers Cemetery at Shelby Gap, Ky.
