Billy Joe Stiltner, 63 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 at Pikeville Medical Center. Billy Joe was born October 12, 1952 in Pikeville, KY to the late Everette Leon Stiltner & Tilda Blair Stiltner. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar Stiltner and Jimmie “Carmel” Stiltner and five sisters, Manthalee Adkins, Louella Ratliff, Christine Mullins, Ora Marie Rose and Villa Jean Bartley. Billy Joe is survived by his wife, Arlene Deel Stiltner of Elkhorn City, KY, three sons, Barry Joe (Kirsten) Stiltner of Dandridge, TN, Chad (B.J.) Stiltner of Pikeville, KY and Brad (Tena Banks) Stiltner of Jonancy, KY and three grandchildren, Peyton Everette Stiltner, Aaliyah Jade Banks & Natalie Annalene Stiltner. Billy Joe is also survived by two brothers, Kelver Stiltner of Belcher, KY and Jerry Stiltner of Elkhorn City, KY and three sisters, Vida Creed of Plymouth, IN, Gloria Dean Thacker of Regina, KY and Doreen Wachtel of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Elkhorn City Church of Christ with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 1PM from the church. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
