Lillian Reynolds Bostic, 88 of Phyllis, KY passed away June 20, 2016 at ARH Skilled Nursing in South Williamson. Lillian was born Feb. 11, 1928 at Phyllis, KY to the late Alex Reynolds and Telia Hunt Reynolds. Besides her parents, Lillian was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Henry Bostic; one daughter, Rita Bostic; and five siblings, Hassell Reynolds, Elda Reynolds, Paul Reynolds, Willis Reynolds, and Homer Reynolds.
Lillian is survived by three children, Judy (Jr.) Hampton of Virgie, KY, Janet (Bennett) Mayes of Clinton, Ohio, and Dwight (Eileen) Bostic of Phyllis, KY; two sisters, Lavonne Blackburn of Phyllis, KY and Lola Roheubur of Akron, Ohio; four grandchildren, Amy Compton, Leigh Ann Hall, Kimberly Dawn Harmon, and Joshua Dwight Bostic; and two great grandchildren, Amanda Compton and Charlotte Grace Hall.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Crum and Joe Hall officiating. Burial will follow at the Alex-Reynolds Cemetery, Phyllis, KY.
