Mary Sue Belcher, 76 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at Pikeville Medical Center. Mary Sue was born March 12, 1940 at Draffin, KY to the late Roy Wellman & Elvira Owens Wellman. Besides her parents, Mary Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Alvie Belcher. Mary Sue is survived by two sons, Jeffrey (Lisa) Belcher of Georgetown, KY & Justin Belcher of Belcher, KY and one daughter, Kelly (Frank, Jr.) Cowan of Elkhorn City, KY; four grandchildren, Jeremy Belcher, Brittany Robinette, Jasmine Cowan & Casie Cowan and five great-grandchildren, Jordan, Aidyn, Alex, William & Adelynn. Mary Sue is also survived by one brother, Bennett Wellman of Road Creek and two sisters, Faye Ann Ratliff of Robinson Creek & Ruth Dishroon of Fayetteville, NC. Graveside service will conducted Friday, May 6, 2016 at 1PM from the Wilson Cemetery.
